Popular eating apple bred in NY in the late 1800s. For cider -Low to medium body. Moderate acidity - starts mild then builds and fades slowly. Little to no noticeable tannins. Mild sour apple flavor. Not an exciting cider, but may work well in a blend. Total tannins=0.06%.
