Slightly tart apple from Minnesota. For cider - Light to medium body. Medium to slightly high acidity. A hint of something funky - perhaps something wasn't perfectly clean and happy during the fermentation (we don't claim to be perfect). Little to no noticeable tannins. Probably could have been better (blame the cider maker). Even so, it was a little thin. Could be used to add some acidity to a blend. Total tannins=0.10%.
