Colors in brewing

<p>Colors in brewing is usually measured in three standards: srm, ebc and °L.</p><ul><li><strong>Standard Reference Method (srm)</strong> is the standard measurement used in the United States.</li><li><strong>European Brewer's Convention (ebc)</strong> is the standard measurement used in Europe (and internally in Microbrew.it).</li><li><strong>lovibond (°L)</strong> is an older color measurement standard based on a set of colored glass. Often used to measure the color of malts.</li></ul>
